GM Canada I have never owned or even considered buying a GM product of any kind until this past January when my wife purchase a 2010 Equinox. After riding and driving that vehicle I really started thinking, maybe I should! I am not going to give the Equinox some long-winded review but will say I love it and I can't be more positive about it when ask about it. It is an 11 out of 10 and if my new truck is even close to what the Equinox is then I am sure I will love it and so far I do. In regards to CYV I am 100% satisfied with them. I have heard a little bit of negative feed back about them in the community I live but I believe it is not warranted based on my very positive experience with them. They have a great staff full of helpful and friendly people.

We just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received when the window of our car blew out.  Vaughn was terrific in attempting to locate a replacement even before our car was towed in and in getting one overnight and having it installed early the next day.  Annie was helpful in finding us some accommodation and both recommended dining establishments.  Others, whose names we do not know, were terrific in fixing the problem on a priority basis.  We had been planning to stay overnight in Moncton before proceeding to Halifax.  Due to your speedy service we arrived at our final destination only a few hours off our schedule.  We were delighted by the response of all concerned.  Thank you Vic & Victoria.

Dear Sirs,

I wish to commend you on your service department.  We had an occasion where our 2008 GMC Sierra truck failed to start while staying in Woodstock.  It was towed to your dealership and a very able mechanic named Tony analyzed the problem and best of all, fixed it!  I was so impressed with the friendliness and the courtesy of the service department staff. Hanging around a dealership while on vacation is never fun but you made us feel very much at home.  I must add that I thought your repair bill was very fair.
